  • Generalist stream: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Specialist (Rajbhasha/Hindi): Master’s degree in Hindi / Hindi Translation or English with Hindi as core/elective subject, with specified minimum percentage

• Nationality: Indian citizen (or as per eligibility norms)

• Other Conditions:

  • Only one application per candidate is allowed

  • Ensure final result or degree certificate is available by registration date
