Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:

  • General posts: Up to 30 years

  • For Stenographer: Up to 28 years

  • Age relaxation applicable as per rules

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): MBA (Finance) / equivalent degree

  • Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor’s in Library Science

  • Junior Translation Officer: Master’s degree in Hindi/English or equivalent translation qualification

  • Accountant: Bachelor’s degree + Intermediate level CA or CMA qualification

  • Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree; shorthand dictation (5 minutes at 80 words/min) and transcription (computer only) requirement

Pay Scale

• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): Level-10 (₹56,100–₹1,77,500)

• Library & Information Assistant: Level-6 (₹35,400–₹1,12,400)

• Junior Translation Officer: Level-6 (₹35,400–₹1,12,400)

• Accountant: Level-5 (₹29,200–₹92,300)

• Stenographer: Level-4 (₹25,500–₹81,100)

Application Process

• Visit the official NHAI online recruitment portal.

• Register and complete online application with personal, educational, category details.

• Upload scanned photograph, signature, supporting eligibility documents.

• Pay the online application fee (as applicable).

• Submit the form before the deadline and retain a printout/acknowledgment copy.

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts.

• For Stenographer: Skill test (dictation + transcription) after CBT.

• For Deputy Manager: Interview/Personal Interaction post-CBT.

• Document verification and final medical fitness as per rules.
